Mr. Ledezma worked for a decade in the financial services industry for prestigious international conglomerates based in Panama City, gaining practical experience in regulation, compliance, ethics, risk, registrations and contracts.

In 2015, Mr. Ledezma was certified by the Florida International Bankers Association as an Anti Money Laundering Certified Associate.

José J. Ledezma holds a degree in Law and Political Sciences from the Universidad Latina de Panamá.

He is a member of the National Bar Association since 2009.
