Mrs. Gárate worked for over ten years in the financial services industry in Panama City, focused on FATCA, CRS and Compliance research.

Before she joined the firm, Mrs. Gárate worked as an independent attorney which enables her to have a global vision on the needs of each client and draft research papers with different points of view when combined with her previous banking experience.

Mrs. Gárate hold a degree in Law and Political Science from the Universidad Latinoamericana de Comercio Exterior.

She is a member of the Panama Bar Association since 2019.
